Tony was phenomenal is his response. I didn’t call him a lot, when I called or emailed he responded quickly. I can’t say enough about him, he made the whole experience smooth. I felt like he was genuinely trying to help me solve my problem and not just make a sale. The guys that came out were helpful- no fooling around on the job. They shared information with me and answered questions.   You adjusted the estimate when you realized a piece of equipment wasn’t needed. That means a lot because I’ve dealt with a lot of companies that weren’t focused on saving me money. You didn’t try to keep the price up.   You guys were genuinely open and honest. 

Our yearly service check was performed by Alex Beacham. Alex could not have been more professional throughout his visit. I just wanted to take a minute to thank you all for the recent service of our dehumidifier. The technician, Alex, did a fantastic job! He communicated well, he was very courteous and respectful of our home. He was also very thorough with our annual maintenance. He left us detailed notes of everything he did and everything we needed to do to ensure our equipment performed as intended.
