Before I called you, it was  mess in my crawl space. John was not afraid to go in. And now I could sleep in there if I wanted to.   I'm definitely happy with John. He coordinated everything. John called back when he said he would. I didn't feel pressured when he came to my house. When I asked a question, he answered very knowledgeably and showed videos. It was perfect. He was very knowledge able the company and products.   John's biggest concern was to make sure I was happy. And he coordinated with  people to made sure I was satisfied.   We will be doing business again very soon--I need my attic done and I want to tell others too.   Normally contractors will quote a price and then back later and say it's going to be more. John didn't do that. The price he said was price it was.   As long you keep him as a representative of your company, I can see things to go very far.   I would come home from work and the crew definitely wasn't lolly gagging; they were working. I would check on them to see if they needed anything and they were good. It took a lot of stress off me to not have to baby sit. john did all that

The salesman and everything was great! The crew literally went above and beyond! They cleaned up everything before leaving. I have already noticed a difference because of the spray foam insulation. It’s warmer and the heat comes on less. I want to make sure you know Everette and Kevin helped me. I would be glad to be a reference for other customers.

Have not surveyed under the house yet but from what I have seen - outstanding. Workmanship and crew are outstanding! Adel was fantastic - explained everything well - assured me everything would be done to mhy satisfaction. Brian Bilheimer was great to work with and an excellent representative of the company. Brian worked with me through some complications with equipment under the house. His efforts to assist during every aspect were exemplary! It has been a pleasure working with TDC. We want to commend one of your service members, Mike O'Bier, who visited us the first of May to discuss the services of our company. We have never written such a letter as this to any company who has provided services to us in the past, so this a first for us! We just wanted to let you know your company is very fortunate to have Mike O'Bier. Great Job! Very Nice! 

Tony Williams was great. Awesome would be a good word for him. He was a pleasure to meet, very experienced, thorough and he explained everything. The experience was good all the way around. The crews were great—I have nothing bad to say about them. The 3 man crew who did the liner worked non-stop until the job was done. Very polite. The 2 man crew, David and Moe, were very polite, personable, and at all times very pprofessional. I'd give them an "11." But you can oly go up to "10." They left eveything clean. I can already tell a difference in the humidity in the house, which was a reason why we had this encapsulation done. And yes, I will be a reference.  

Everette and Mike D. went above and beyond expectations. "They made Lemonade out of lemons." They did an exceptional job. Worked really hard and made sure everything was done to my liking. I will recommend The Drying Company to everyone.

I had my crawl space done to help with the heat. Matt was great. He gave me an estimate months ago, but I didn't have the tax refund I thought I'd get to move forward. So we just did the work now. Matt was very thorough. He talked me through my options. I had several quotes but I went with Matt because he was confident and knew what he was doing!   The people who came out were real courteous. They did what they needed to quickly.      You all worked with my schedule. I'm very happy.

“Dear Mr. Tetreault,                 We recently had work completed in our crawl space. We had originally scheduled to have the insulation replaced and a vapor barrier installed. Another contractor was scheduled to come in and remodel our laundry room. When the contractor came in and ripped out the subflooring, he discovered problems with the floor joists. Mike O’Bier had been working with us, so we contacted him and shortly afterward had scheduled to have the floor joists replaced, as well as installation of a dehumidifier and new crawl space door. At that point, the crawl space is finished as is our laundry room. Hopefully, all goes well from here on out!                 Everyone from The Drying Co. that we spoke to/worked with was professional, communicated well and in a timely manner, answered all our questions thoroughly, and demonstrated a true dedication to doing his/her job well. I’ve noticed an improvement in the house and I would do it again. I really appreciate all the help. My sales rep. was excellent. He spent a lot of time with us late into the evening. He watched us eat dinner, but he wouldn't eat anything though. The crew was really-really-really good. Excellent. 

Wade recently completed a very thorough and complete inspection of our crawl space equipment and environment.  He performed all the routine tasks and then informed us of all the measurements taken before and after the changes he performed.  Everything was working properly so only the regular consumables (batteries, filters, etc.) had to be changed and replaced.Wade also investigated an odd “dripping” sound he could hear at the far corner of our very large (nearly 3,000 sq ft) crawl space.  He showed me the spot and we determined that it was a small leak coming from under a first floor water closet.  I will have to pull it up and replace the wax seal under the unit.A special thank to Wade for taking the time to investigate that sound because it may have been a while before I ever discovered the problem and the potential for some real water damage.  He was also very courteous and professional and did a good job explaining the service he would provide and then explained everything he discovered and performed.  A good well done and much appreciated!

Eric has been such a thorough professional through all of the work done in our home. I definitely would like him to be recognized and commended in any way that he can be. Plans have been made for me to schedule a follow-up appointment for him to come back in April to check the levels before we have the cracks repaired and the walls repainted. We are very appreciative of the work completed and are waiting for the plumbing to be strapped; scheduled for today at some point. Happy Holidays to you and your family!
