Crawl Space Repair Customer Testimonial from Clayton C. in Glen Allen, VA

Wade recently completed a very thorough and complete inspection of our crawl space equipment and environment.  He performed all the routine tasks and then informed us of all the measurements taken before and after the changes he performed.  Everything was working properly so only the regular consumables (batteries, filters, etc.) had to be changed and replaced.

Wade also investigated an odd “dripping” sound he could hear at the far corner of our very large (nearly 3,000 sq ft) crawl space.  He showed me the spot and we determined that it was a small leak coming from under a first floor water closet.  I will have to pull it up and replace the wax seal under the unit.

A special thank to Wade for taking the time to investigate that sound because it may have been a while before I ever discovered the problem and the potential for some real water damage.  He was also very courteous and professional and did a good job explaining the service he would provide and then explained everything he discovered and performed.  A good well done and much appreciated!
