Before I called you, it was  mess in my crawl space. John was not afraid to go in. And now I could sleep in there if I wanted to. 

 I'm definitely happy with John. He coordinated everything. John called back when he said he would. I didn't feel pressured when he came to my house. When I asked a question, he answered very knowledgeably and showed videos. It was perfect. He was very knowledge able the company and products. 

 John's biggest concern was to make sure I was happy. And he coordinated with  people to made sure I was satisfied.

 Normally contractors will quote a price and then back later and say it's going to be more. John didn't do that. The price he said was price it was. 

 As long you keep him as a representative of your company, I can see things to go very far.
