AfterThis homeowner needed a new sump pump installed as part of a basement waterproofing system. Their old one was an open pit, that allowed odors and moisture to rise into the basement and be pulled up into the living space.
Their new pump is a large basin that houses a 1/3hp pump covered with an air-tight lid. The system has a float on top allowing for water to enter if a leak occurs from above, and the basin is large enough that if the homeowner later feels a need to add a pump or battery backup system, they can do so without having to re-dig the hole or replace the basin. A clean pump stand keeps the sump out of any grime, grit, and sediment that may collect in the bottom of the basin to prevent clogs.

AfterWater has been seeping through the porous block walls in the basement of this home. It has left behind bubbling paint and staining on the walls as well as a musty, damp environment. To control the water seeping into the basement, we've worked with the homeowner and determined a Waterproofing system with CleanSpace and DryTrak is the best solution.
As part of the Waterproofing System, CleanSpace is attached to the basement walls. The heavy-duty vapor barrier will direct water that works its way through the cinderblock wall down into the drainage track and ultimately to the sump pump and away from the home. Clean Space is a great option because it's heavy-duty and allows the homeowner to frame and finish their basement over the system making the space useable, and adding valuable square footage to their home without the worry of damage to their property.

AfterThis basement had an existing sump pump, however, it wasn't keeping up with the water in the space. The system also lacked an air-tight lid, allowing moisture and odors to rise back into the space.
This pump was replaced with the SuperSump Plus. Housed in a large liner, the SuperSump plus is a 1/3 hp pump atop a clean pump stand that keeps it out of silt and sediment to prevent clogs and is housed in a basin with an air-tight lid and water-watch alarm. The alarm alerts the homeowner if the water in the basin gets too high or if there is a water leak from above, such as a pipe leak or burst hot water heater, that hits the top of the basin. A valve on top of the basin allows water from above in, so that it can drain and be pumped away.
In addition, the homeowner also opted for the UltraSump Battery Backup which will kick in and operate the pump in case of power failure.

AfterThis basement in Colonial Beach was having issues with infiltrating water. We created a hole to fit our SuperSump Plus system in connection with the WaterGuard drainage system. This efficient sump pump basin contains a cast iron 1/3 horsepower Zoller pump, a WaterWatch alarm system, a CleanPump sump pump stand, and an airtight lid. Any water directed to this sump system is then drained out of the home via hose line and LawnScape to a predetermined area on the property away from the foundation.
TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System
The TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System provides three levels of protection for your basement and your peace of mind. For normal functioning, the TripleSafe™ has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller® ½ hp pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over. In case of a power outage, our UltraSump® battery backup sump pump, set at the highest level, will pump 11,500 gallons or more on a fully charged battery!
The ⅓ hp primary pump can discharge 2,220 gallons of water per hour at an 8-foot head, while the ½ hp secondary pump can discharge as much as 3,900 additional gallons of water per hour at an 8-foot head. In the case of a tripped circuit, power outage, or sump failure, your TripleSafe™'s UltraSump® Battery Backup System will kick in. A second battery can be hooked up to a single system for an even longer running time. All told, this system provides the ultimate protection for homeowners who have had issues with water in their basement.
SuperSump® Premier Sump Pump System

It is engineered to help keep the basement dry and healthy for extended periods of time, even in times of heavy water intrusion. The SuperSump® includes a powerful Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower cast-iron sump pump, capable of pumping 2,220 gallons of water per hour at an 8-foot head out of your basement. The SuperSump® can also be installed with an optional UltraSump® Battery Backup Sump Pump, which can pump out 11,500 gallons or more on a single charge!

The SmartSump™ comes equipped with a cast-iron Zoeller® primary pump with the option of adding an UltraSump® Battery Backup Sump Pump. The SmartSump™ system comes with a reliable Zoeller® 1/3 horsepower sump pump capable of pumping 2,500 gallons per hour at a 5-foot head. This system is designed to fit with our crawl space encapsulation system, ensuring that you have a completely dry, clean crawl space.
UltraSump® Battery Backup System
Of course, in many cases water issues in the basement are caused by severe weather that can knock out power. With that in mind, we created the UltraSump® Battery Backup System to ensure continued protection no matter what happens. In the event of loss of power the battery backup will automatically kick in and begin removing water from your basement, preventing a flood. The UltraSump® system can pump out in excess of 11,500 gallons of water on a fully charged battery, which is enough water to fill a small swimming pool!
The battery backup also comes with an alarm to alert you in case of power failure, sounding when the backup pump is running and silencing when power is restored. This alarm also protects you in case the main system is accidently unplugged, which could otherwise leave your basement unprotected. The UltraSump® can outlast generic backup pumps many times over, and an additional battery can be attached for further protection.

- CleanPump Stands: These sump pump stands are installed to raise the pumps off of the bottom of the liner. Any silt or sediment that settles on the bottom of your sump pit will be kept away from your pump. These stands also allow for height adjustment of the pump if necessary.
- IceGuard® Discharge Line Protection: Many sump pump discharge lines are susceptible to freezing during the cold winter months. Our IceGuard® discharge line protector is the solution to this problem! This specifically designed grated adapter is located outside where the discharge line exits the house. If the pipe underground freezes in the winter, water can still be pumped out without the worry of backups into your basement!
