Crawl Space Relay Race

At one of our Team meetings, our Installers shared a day in their lives with our sales team. Each Home Performance Advisor was paired up with a few installers to compete in a relay race. Our Installers helped our Reps get dressed in the Personal Protection Equipment they wear every day. Then, our Reps competed in a race through our make-shift crawl space, with obstacles like duct and plumbing lines, snakes and bugs (fake ones), and debris. The goal was to give each other insight into the work we do and build communication between the teams.
