The process of this door installation was negative from the very beginning. After many phone calls, adjusted scheduling issues, emails, a once scheduled time with a "no call no show" for that time & day, and finally my last conversation with Joe. Joe was able to assist and take care of the problem and I really appreciate what he did for me. He made up for all the earlier scheduling problems and promised a date and time.

Again, during this whole process, I was bounced around many times with empty scheduling promises until I was able to speak with Joe. I give Joe total credit for handling my situation and the Grade 3 does not reflect on him at all, he was beyond a 5!

I give Wade 5 stars for handling this project. He called when he was on his way, he was on time, he was professional, he explained everything he was doing, he was very meticulous with his work, and had me approve the finished product. I am very pleased with the work that he did and Wade is definitely a valuble asset to your company.

Again, Wade handled everything. It doesn't appear that he was even here other than my new door. Excellent cleanup!
