Friendly and informative

During the initial inspection, the sales representative said that the air conditioning lines from the plenum to the ceiling registers would be rerouted to the top of the ceiling thereby moving them from the heat of the peak in the attic. Brian T. informed us that it should not be performed because the lines would kink at the plenum and restrict the air flow to the ceiling registers.

Bryan T. was competent, friendly and kept us informed of his progress. He was very apologetic when his management required him to leave our job for two days to tend to another "more urgent" problem.
