Excellent

Ed Clarke did a superb job of explaining the whole process which was complex but he took extra time and trouble and even took me into the crawl space and the attic with him after donning protective gear to demonstrate their current state.

Extremely efficient, polite and a pleasure to work with. I got to say the lone production foreman, Daniel Michinaux worked very hard in the heat of that day to complete the installation of the dehumidifier and the spray insulation of the crawl space. He deserves credit for doing it all alone.

satisfactory. The only lapse following the clean up was that the crew left on the final day of installation without me being able to speak to them. That was a little disappointing as the job completion survey could not be finished and foreman/crew signature was not obtained. (In his defense he had contacted customer service to get in touch with me but customer service later informed me that they were preoccupied and forgot to inform me).
