Job review from Sue in Poquoson, VA 23662 on 09/08/20

In the beginning when my cable guy indicated that he thought there might be a problem under my house, I had absolutely no idea where I would turn to get anything like that fixed! Luckily I have a son-in-law with a construction company and my daughter is also very knowledgeable so I called her and she told me she knew exactly who I should call and it was the Drying Co.! She said Mike (her husband) did a lot of business with you all and to give you a call. I did and can say that I am very pleased with the results of your work! I don't feel lost now like I did when this problem arose and I am happy to know of your company and the things that you do so I can call upon you again when I need your services. There was that one hiccup on scheduling the day when my 17 year old kitty and I needed to be out of the house for the spraying but otherwise, things went smoothly. The crew mentioned that "the salesmen" didn't communicate on the number of days it would take to perform the work (one as opposed to two) and I would suggest that you should clear that up which is why I gave you a 4 instead of a 5 but I would be happy to refer you as a very happy customer any time you would like me to!

Greg was just as nice as he could be. It was a pleasure working with him! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything so that I could understand what was under my house and what your company could do to make it a lot better! I'm not a cold weather person but I'm actually looking forward to trying out my new insulation this coming winter! I think it will be a lot warmer! (GREG!!! PLEASE HAVE YOUR EXTERMINATOR CALL ME ABOUT THE CENTIPEDES!!! I THINK ALL THE WORK YOU ALL DID STIRRED THEM UP!!! UGH!!!)

Greg's explanations and pictures were very detailed and he answered all of my questions. *****Twice, Greg promised he would have your exterminator call me for a centipede problem I have and he wrote it down in his book but I have not received a call so I would REALLY appreciate it if Greg could ask the exterminator to give me a call! I have actually had a bigger centipede problem since the work was done and I think that having the work done might have actually stirred up the centipedes (and black ants)!!!*****

They were VERY nice but I was shocked when they told me they would finish in one day! Greg had told me the clean up would be Mon. The spraying, where I would have to be gone would be Tues. I'm disabled (in severe pain, no strength) and live alone. I wasn't planning to be gone until Tues.! I was very upset! I have PTSD! They said the salesman didn't communicate with the crew!!! I was surprised to hear that! After several anxious hours on my part, they made some calls and came and told me that THEY would come back the next day as Greg had said they would. I felt really bad for them having to come back but I just knew that I was not going to be able to get out of the house in time for them to spray on Monday! I was so relieved when they said they would come back the next day! Greg had also told me that there was not very much to clean up from under my house, but the crew said there was quite a bit-at least 4 truck loads!

My yard looked very cleaned up! Yesterday I saw a chunk of styrofoam under my deck steps! It has been 11 days since the job and that's the first thing I've seen since the job except for a very few tiny bits of styrofoam! I was very happy and impressed at the fact that there was no trash to be seen anywhere after such a big job!
