As a sales professional, I've been in the home improvement/efficiency business for over 25 years.
Do you have any special training or certifications?
I've attended numerous sales and manufacturing training sessions. I am certified in manual and load calculations to determine a home's heat gain/loss, which allows me to provide solutions for improvement.
How long have you been employed at your company?
I have been with TDC for 3 months and counting!
What does your day-to-day position include?
I meet with customers, listen to their concerns, survey their homes, bring concerns and ideas to their attention, and then provide solutions.
What do you like about your job?
I like meeting with customers and making their homes more comfortable, efficient, and durable.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I do a lot of golfing and fishing. I love to cook using my smokers, play with my dogs, work and remodel my house, work on my garden, and learn more about home and construction.
