Scheduling Assistant
The Drying Company is currently seeking a Scheduling Assistant to work with our production and installation teams. The Drying Company is a local, family-owned home performance contractor that has been serving Greater Richmond, Williamsburg, and Hampton Roads since 2002. Our team of trained and experienced specialists has helped homeowners, commercial contractors, and businesses meet their energy and home comfort goals with our insulation, moisture control, and waterproofing services. As an authorized Dr. Energy Saver, Basement Systems, Gutter Shutter, and RainDrop dealer, we have been trained in all aspects of home energy issues, as well as proper repair methods.

Pay & Benefits

Expectations
• Manage all scheduling data accurately through our CRM system software (Improveit360 – built off of the salesforce platform)
• Review projects for all necessary details to set our Install Teams up for success
• Coordinate project assignments and duration
• Contact clients to schedule and review their projects
• Place confirmation calls for installation appointments
• Submit and follow up on job permitting
• Listen to understand and clearly convey information via phone or email
• Identify, prioritize and implement alternatives for a solution
• Adjust to change by trying new approaches and collaborating with others
• Maintain a sense of individual ownership and accountability.
• Other duties as assigned by your manager
Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year project scheduling experience
• Experience in Construction Industry a Plus
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to learn quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with CRM system (Salesforce Experience a Bonus)
• Active listening skills
• Organizational skills
• Excellent Attention to detail
• Good Analytical & Planning Skills
• Clear verbal and written communication
• Must have a high level of integrity
• Able to work in a team setting
• Valid driver’s license
• Pre-employment drug screen

Physical Requirements
