Appointment Center Representative
The ideal candidate will desire to make a career of great communication. As the liaison between our company and current and prospective customers, this role is greatly valued. Appointment Center Reps do NOT make cold calls. Our investment in marketing generates prospective customers (leads) who call or contact us through the internet to inquire about a free quote for our services, which is given during an initial in-home appointment. Our Appointment Center is the first contact all our clients have with our business. Whether they are calling to schedule a free estimate or reach another department, our clients are all first greeted by the friendly and professional individuals in our Appointment Center. Pay & Benefits
• $15 - $17 / hr. based on experience

Expectations
• Convert inbound calls into appointments
• Call “live leads” in required time frame.
• Convert outbound calls into appointments (web inquiries & cancellations)
• Direct incoming calls to the correct department/person
• Assemble and mail informational packets
• Report customer feedback (as received)
• Verify and update Customer Profiles
• Promptly respond and communicate via email with customers and colleagues
• Accurately schedule appointments
• Accurately document call activity, call logs, and notes as needed in i360 a salesforce-based CRM.
• Independent work with collaborative environment to meet goals and assigned objectives.
• Accurately describe our services and the problems we solve for homeowners.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Minimum one year of call center work or equivalent (required)
• Minimum two years of customer service (required)
• Articulate & friendly verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer & software skills
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers.
• Organized, with attention to detail.
• Able to work Mon-Fri 9AM to 5PM
• Ability to multitask.
• Meet attendance and performance expectations.
• Represent the company in a professional, polite and friendly manner.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Pre-employment drug screen
Working Conditions
• Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
• Most of the day will be spent on the phone and computer.
Physical Requirements
• Carrying, crouching, kneeling, lifting, pulling, sitting, standing, stooping, talking, and walking.
